excellent stay!
train station proximity plentiful selection helpful staff
i was charmed by the hotel's proximity to the train station. it made my arrival seamless. the breakfast offered a plentiful selection of tasty options. i also found the reception staff to be helpful , they were always willing to assist with a smile.
My room's carpet had some noticeable red stains scattered across it. It certainly detracted from the otherwise clean appearance.

the hotel's location is convenient near the train station and shopping center. everything was within easy walking distance! it's super for exploring the area without needing transportation.

fresh breakfast caring staff room upgrade warm air hot room noisy air conditioning
the breakfast had a lovely array of choices and all was so fresh. the staff were caring and were very considerate when i needed help with a family thing. my room was also very lovely, i got an upgrade when i arrived.
i did find the air conditioning in the room blew warm air. the room was far too hot and i could not get proper sleep. the air conditioning was also very noisy so it was clearly broken.

Really good Location with Excellent Service
spacious room stylish decor attentive staff
My room was very spacious and had beautiful, stylish decor. I slept very well. The breakfast buffet was amazing , it was delicious, and offered a huge variety of options. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently attentive.
The minibar was not stocked, a minor inconvenience.

The reception team provided excellent customer service with a cute , informative, and polite attitude , this added positively to the check-in and check-out experiences. The bar staff in the lobby bar downstairs were amazing , and the bar service was excellent.

The room was quite spacious , clean, and well kept, offering comfort. The bathroom included modern fixtures, with ample space. the accommodations contributed significantly to a restful and restorative visit to the hotel.
